Service Co-ordinator

Oxford House is a multi-generational family business that has become a household name synonymous with quality domestic appliances and furniture for offices and homes. As part of our expansion plans we now have the immediate vacancy for a Service Coordinator on our team of staff.

This role entails handling incoming service enquiries and scheduling technician out calls. Our service department is a very important element of our customer service offering, and for this reason this is a key role in our operations. This position is ideally suited for a meticulously organised individual who enjoys dealing with people. Applicants with a smart appearance and self-motivation, drive and initiative will be preferred for this role.

Candidates are expected to have:

  • An outgoing personality and the ability to deal well with people at all levels;
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Maltese;
  • Basic skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
