Washing machine is not turning on
No power going to the washing machine
If no lights appear on your washing machine, first ensure that the plug is securely connected to the power socket and that the socket switch is turned on.
Next, test if the socket is functioning correctly. You can do this by plugging another device, such as a lamp, into the same outlet. If the device does not work, try connecting your washing machine to a different nearby socket, especially if you have a double socket outlet.
If the sockets are working, the next step is to check the plug fuse. Either test the existing fuse in another appliance’s plug or replace it with a new 13-amp fuse that you know is working.
