Are you a technical and hands-on individual, with customer service skills? If yes, keep reading.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing that the electrical supply set-up is appropriate for the correct installation;
- Installing home appliances in the furniture niche and connecting them to the appropriate electrical outlets;
- Demonstrate to the clients the different functions, supporting them in gaining the necessary understanding of the appliance’s operating manual;
- Commission the warranty term, presenting the clients with the respective documentation;
- Communicate with the after-sales section any follow-ups required.
- A valid European category B driving license;
- Basic technical know-how or past experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication in Maltese, English and time management skills.
