INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 cup mixed berries
Ingredients for 2 people.
Preparation
- Heat oven to 175°C.
- Brush or spray two 250ml ramekins with cooking spray.
- Place oats, banana, egg, honey, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture between two ramekins, top with berries and bake for 20 minutes or until puffed up and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: drizzle some honey on top for a little more sweetness!
