Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Ingredients for 2 people.

Preparation

  • Heat oven to 175°C.
  • Brush or spray two 250ml ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Place oats, banana, egg, honey, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture between two ramekins, top with berries and bake for 20 minutes or until puffed up and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.

    Tip: drizzle some honey on top for a little more sweetness!
