Scope:

Oxford House, synonymous with the import and retail of home appliances, kitchens, home furniture, bedding and office solutions, is seeking to recruit the services of a Spare Parts Associate.
The Spare Parts Associate primarily participates in the overall home appliances spare parts processes including procurement, inventory control and retail.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in targeting excellence in customer service and the provision of accurate information to clients.
  • Interface with clients from the technical field, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Be participant in the full procurement and retail process of spare parts.
  • Be accountable for inventory control, and participant in periodic stock control processes.
  • Maintain the spare parts store in an orderly manner, operating a FIFO inventory management system, for stock rotation purposes.
  • Fulfill general office duties as these fall due.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar spare parts field is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in software, such as Shireburn, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
