Our dishwashers are fitted with a self-diagnosis system, which in the rare case of a fault will help to report what the problem is. If the E27 error code appears on the appliance display it means that there is insufficient voltage in the electrical network and that the mains voltage is usually below 170V. As this is not an appliance fault, we recommend contacting an electrician to help you resolve the issue.
