How do venting hobs work?

Bosch venting hobs include a built-in ventilation hood in the induction cooking surface; so your kitchen can remain fresh and odour-free while you cook. Venting hobs capture steam and odours at the source within their own extractor fan, so there’s no need for restrictive wall-mounted hoods. They are an effective space-saver which allows you to cook with larger pots and pans as the heat stays on the hob.

The filter system

The filtration system of the venting hob is extremely effective as not only is it powerful enough to remove steam and strong odours, it has a significant advantage by being built-in within the cooking source.

Maintenance

Looking after the filter system is simple. You can either clean or replace various parts such as the grease filter, which gives you great control over maintaining the performance of the appliance.
