For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day your order is delivered to you or made available for collection. For services, it begins on the day the service contract is concluded.
To withdraw from your contract with Oxford House, please complete and submit the form below. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal. Where applicable, we will also provide details regarding your refund.
If you wish to withdraw from more than one order or service contract, please submit a separate withdrawal form for each one.
