Scope:
Oxford House, synonymous with the import and retail of home appliances, kitchens, home furniture, bedding and office solutions, is seeking to recruit the services of a Customer Service and Administration Agent to join its team. The ideal candidate will form part of the Customer Service Team, primarily responsible for the coordination of after-sales support.
Responsibility:
- To excel in customer service, provide accurate information to clients, offering support in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in the drawing up of technical appointments for after-sales service.
- Remain in close liaison with the technical team, logistics and spare parts sections, with the intent of always offering quality and holistic service.
- Fulfill general office duties including the processing of job cards, communication through different media, among other administrative aspects.
- Perform invoicing and cashiering duties.
- Other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as determined by organisational needs.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English languages.
- O Level standard of education. Additional education or certifications in the customer service field are considered an asset.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft applications and Shireburn software are considered an asset.
