Scope:
Oxford House, synonymous with the import and retail of home appliances, kitchens, home furniture, bedding and office solutions, is seeking to recruit the services of a Customer Service and Support Agent to join its team. The selected candidate will play a key role within our Customer Service and After Sales Team focusing on delivering excellent after-sales support and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for our clients.
Responsibility:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely and accurate information across multiple channels.
- Participate actively in the scheduling of technical appointments for after-sales service.
- Monitor the progress of service jobs and follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Liaise closely with the internal teams, including technical team, logistics and spare parts sections, to ensure complete and quality delivery.
- Maintain and update service records, including accurate processing of job cards.
- Fulfill general office duties and communication through different media, among other administrative aspects.
- Other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as determined by organisational needs.
- Support general administrative functions within the department, including report generation and internal communications.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English languages.
- O Level standard of education. Additional education or certifications in the customer service field are considered an asset.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft applications and Shireburn software are considered an asset.
