Scope:
Oxford House, synonymous with the import and retail of home appliances, kitchens, home furniture, bedding and office solutions, is seeking to recruit the services of a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing dynamic team.
This role will support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities, playing a key role in the execution of marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, be digitally savvy, and capable of working across multiple projects and departments with agility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and other day-to-day tasks.
- Assist the Digital Executive with the creation and management content for social media platforms, email marketing, and company website.
- Support in the development of promotional material, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely campaign rollout.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Help manage the company’s digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and follow-ups when required.
- Provide general support across the marketing team and respond quickly to shifting priorities.
- A diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role preferred, but fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the marketing mix.
- Up-to-date with digital platforms including social media, email tools, Google tools and SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
